ETSAKOR PROVERB ETSAKOR DIALECT: A gbe okha de, U ri abor danor aku. TRANSLATION: Dancing needs to be sustained to the extent of dancing arms akimbo. MEANING: In sequential events, where an activity must happen first before it is followed by the other, it is ridiculous to jump into conclusions without a process, activity, or event. This means that there cannot be Effect without a Cause! LIFE APPLICATION:   This Proverb uses dancing activity to illustrate an aspect of our human behaviour: 'Judging Causes And Effects' in social relationships. By dancing the arms akimbo style; a dancer expresses tiredness after performing for a long time. In order words, the Proverb implies here, that it is curious for a dancer to express tiredness from the beginning of a show.   It is common to hear in conversations that: 'there cannot be history without an event'.
